      Summary: We only collect your email address when you join our waitlist. The MirrorVibe app uses your device's camera solely to track facial movements during exercises — all processing happens on-device, and no face data is ever stored or shared. We don't sell your data. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
    

1. Who We Are

MirrorVibe ("we", "us", "our") is operated by Aliaksandra Asichka, trading as MirrorVibe, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom. For the purposes of UK GDPR, we are the data controller. You can contact us at support@mirrorvibe.pro.

2. What Personal Data We Collect

We currently collect the following personal data:

Email address — collected when you submit the waitlist form on our website.

The MirrorVibe app uses your device camera to detect facial movements during exercises. This data is processed entirely on-device in real time and is never collected, stored, or transmitted. See Section 2a below for full details.

We do not collect names, payment details, or any other special category personal data through this website.

2a. Face Data & TrueDepth Camera (MirrorVibe App)

The MirrorVibe iOS app uses Apple's ARKit and the TrueDepth camera to track facial movements in real time during face exercises. This enables the app to detect whether a specific exercise has been performed correctly.

What is collected: Facial landmark positions and movement data (e.g. mouth, cheeks, eyebrows) are processed in real time on your device only.
Purpose: Solely to detect and validate completion of face exercises within the app session.
Storage: No face data is stored on-device or elsewhere. All processing occurs in real time and the data is discarded immediately after each frame is analysed.
Third parties: Face data is never shared with, sold to, or transmitted to any third party under any circumstances.
Retention: Zero. Face data is not retained beyond the active moment of processing.

      All facial processing in the MirrorVibe app happens entirely on your device. No face data ever leaves your iPhone or iPad.
    

3. Why We Collect It & Legal Basis

We collect your email address to:

Send you early access notifications for the MirrorVibe app
Share exclusive discounts with early supporters
Gather feedback to help shape product development

The legal basis for this processing is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) UK GDPR), given when you submit the waitlist form. You may withdraw your consent at any time.

4. How We Store Your Data

Your email address is stored securely. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect it from unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure. We retain your email address for as long as you remain on our waitlist, or until you request deletion.

5. Who We Share Your Data With

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We may share your email address with trusted third-party service providers strictly to operate our waitlist (e.g. email delivery platforms). Any such providers are bound by data processing agreements and may not use your data for their own purposes.

6. Cookies & Analytics

Our website may use basic analytics (e.g. page view counts) that do not identify individual users. We do not currently use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. If this changes, we will update this policy and request your consent where required.

7. Your Rights Under UK GDPR

As a UK resident (or EU resident, where applicable), you have the right to:

Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
Rectification — ask us to correct inaccurate data
Erasure — ask us to delete your data ("right to be forgotten")
Restriction — ask us to limit how we use your data
Portability — request your data in a portable format
Withdraw consent — unsubscribe or ask to be removed at any time

Where we use third-party service providers located outside the UK or EEA, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place (such as standard contractual clauses) to protect your data in line with UK GDPR requirements.

Our website and waitlist are not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 13. If you believe we have done so inadvertently, please contact us and we will delete the data promptly.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. If you are on our waitlist and the changes are significant, we will notify you by email.
